This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Tensorheart, Inc. (“Tensorheart”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in San Francisco, California, collects through the Stetworth service and this site (the “Service”), how that information is used and shared, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

  • Waitlist and account details. Your name and work email, when you request access or create an account.
  • LinkedIn verification. If you choose to verify with LinkedIn, LinkedIn sends us OpenID Connect profile data: your name, your email address, and your LinkedIn identifier. Verification is optional — you can join without it.
  • Usage data. How the Service is used: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and standard log data such as browser type and IP address.
  • Cookies. Session cookies that keep you signed in and help keep the Service secure.

2. How we use it

Tensorheart uses this information to:

  • operate and provide the Service;
  • decide and manage waitlist access, including ordering the list;
  • communicate with you about your account, the waitlist, and the Service;
  • improve the Service;
  • keep the Service secure, including detecting fraud and abuse.

3. How we share it

Tensorheart shares personal information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Service providers — cloud hosting and email delivery providers that process information on Tensorheart’s behalf, under contract.
  • LinkedIn — when you choose to verify, LinkedIn acts as the verification provider; your use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy policy.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tensorheart or others.
  • Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply until amended.

Tensorheart does not sell personal information.

4. Retention

Personal information is kept as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while your account or waitlist entry is active — and then deleted or de-identified.

5. Your rights and choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

6. California residents

In the last 12 months, Tensorheart has collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1: identifiers (name, email address, LinkedIn identifier) and internet or other electronic network activity (usage data and cookies), for the purposes described in Section 2. Tensorheart does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents have the right to know, correct, and delete the personal information a business holds about them, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise them, email [email protected].

7. Security

Tensorheart uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Tensorheart does not promise absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. Tensorheart does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

Tensorheart may update this policy by posting the revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted.
